The Little Tigers Program is fun filled classes that encourages our younger student’s development and improve Gross and Fine Motor Skills, Balance, Endurance, Flexibility, Strength and the coordination of eye, hand, and foot through simplified training. With more focus on the mental and behavioral training in a structured setting.
Learn basic Taekwondo techniques. The basics of sparring and movement and learning how to read the body. Classes include a warm-up, technique instruction and often exercise games. This is integrated with inspiring martial arts-based fun, this focuses on the physical fitness of traditional Taekwondo and a set of invaluable life skills we call the five tenets of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, self-control, perseverance, and indomitable spirit.
In our Intermediate and Advanced classes students utilize their fundamental skills to springboard into intermediate and advanced levels. Workouts may incorporate higher level technique instruction, skill sets, and conditioning. Students have the opportunity to advance to black belt and beyond, fill leadership roles, train for competition, and become instructors.
